Phitown Investments is a husband / wife development team. Eric has extensive real estate and investment expertise. Linda is the designer/architect that comes up with the vision and oversees the construction. They work hand in hand with contractors, subs and vendors to make it all seamlessly come to life. Linda also has her own design entity Phitown Design that works with clients on making their own projects a reality. Licensed in PA, AZ and NJ.
