We opened up this unit's cramped kitchen/living space and brightened it all up with a modern kitchen, new flooring, appliances and fixtures.  We opened up the entry hall/stair and turned the powder room into a full bath.  Upstairs we opened up the hall, enlarged/reconfigured the bathroom to have a soaking tub and a newly done shower and added more closet space.  New paint, finishes, fixtures throughout.  Its amazing what reorganizing a space and updating finishes can do a home.  Completely transformed!
